In Case of Event Cancellation
In the event that Kemono Box must be cancelled due to natural disasters, epidemics, or other force majeure circumstances that make operations unavoidable, the event may be cancelled regardless of whether it is before or during the event. If cancellation is decided, the remaining balance after deducting expenses from the pre-registration fee will be refunded. Please note that the above process may take some time.
